A type revival based on a board game found in a vintage store. The perfect vehicle for a 36 day type challenge, if you try hard enough.

Together with Mark Wilson, we hosted an Aotearoa version of 36 Days of Type, as the international creative challenge remains on hiatus. Together with 20 other type enthusiasts across Aotearoa, we each created a type-based project, posting one glyph every day.

Newmarket is a WIP typeface - somewhere in the ballpark of a geometric humanist sans, with plenty of rough edges to iron out.
